The Computer Learning Centre of B/Ulhitiya Maha Vidyalaya has been established under the Secondary Educational Innovative Project of Ministry of Education. It was inaugurated in 2004 under the full sponsorship of the Secondary Educational Innovative Project of Uva Province. Mr. K. H. Anura de Silva who is the project Director of the Education Department of Uva Province gives the due guidance of implementing this centre. And Mr. D. D. Jayantha Srilal who is a teacher of B/Ulhitiya Maha Vidyalaya, holds the responsibility of maintenance.
This Computer Learning Centre is comprised with 10 computers and other due facilities. And the centre has been provided the Internet facility using CDMA technology of Sri Lanka Telecom Institute with the involvement of Ministry of Education. The centre has been air-conditioned as well.
Services Rendered by the Centre During the school time
1.To use for learning Information and Communication under the subject Technology for year 10 and 11 pupils.
2.To use for learning the subject General Information Technology for year 12 and 13 pupils.
3.To use for teach the subject Practical Technical Skills for year 6 - 9 pupils.
4.To make the Internet available to gather knowledge for pupils year 6 - 13 when they are free from regular classroom lessons.
5.To make the centre available for teachers of Science, Mathematics, and English in order to use in their teaching it as a helping utility.
After the school time
1.To hold computer courses for both children of our school and other schools. The courses available under this service;

2.To make the Internet using available for anyone at the charge of 30/= per hour.
